 All room rates are based on single or double occupancy and include breakfast as well as all taxes.
Standard room rates are between $125 and $185 but may fluctuate upwards throughout the year and during special events.
Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest accommodations are sold as five-night minimum-stay packages that run
between $175 to $260 per night. Other special event rates are priced according to market conditions
and are subject to minimum stay requirements.

Cancellation: Credit towards a future stay for any payments made is usually available except in rare instances.
Cash or credit refunds issued only if room(s) cancelled can be rebooked at same
or similar terms. In cases of refund, a minimum $50 cancellation fee will
apply.
