 All room rates are based on single or double occupancy and include breakfast as well as all taxes.
Standard room rates are between $95 and $175 and generally are valid September thru May, as well
as during the July 4 holiday.
Summer rates are between $75 and $145, but are not valid during the July 4
holiday.
Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest accommodations are sold as five-night minimum-stay packages that run
between $150 to $250 per night. Other special event rates are priced according to market conditions
and are subject to minimum stay requirements.

Deposit: 50% of total required at booking.

Cancellation: Gift Certificate issued for full amount of deposits paid.
Cash or credit refunds issued only if room(s) cancelled can be rebooked at same
or similar terms. In cases of refund, a minimum $50 cancellation fee will
apply.
