We came back!! It was better this time than the last. Hopefully we
will not wait another 2 years for our next visit. Katrina destroyed so
many things, but it did not destroy your warmth and kindness. The swimming
pool was so much fun, an asset to this wonderful home and a symbol life will be
even better!

We can't even begin to tell you how amazing this trip was. You are an
incredible inspiration and what you'e done here will be a testament to the fact
that New Orleans was, is and will always be a glorious city - a city with a
heart and soul that can never be crushed. Thank you for giving us not just
hope, but an actual belief that everything is going to be O.K. ...
We can't wait to come back. Please be sure I get a call the very moment
the last drop of water hits the pool.
NOTE: This guest was back two months later for Jazz Fest to help us
christen the new pool and hot tub.

Our large party took up most of the B&B over the weekend of Dec
7-10th, 2001 and I can not say enough about Glen and Randy! They were the
best hosts in the world... Their help in finding things for us to do in N.O. was great.
Advice on where to go and what to see was good. They made us all feel
right at home! If I ever head back to the Big Easy, which I am sure I will, I will
definitely stay at the Whitney House again! Thanks again Glen and Randy!

We had a wonderful time at the HH Whitney House. Glen and Randy quickly
became like old friends and nowhere else in New Orleans can you get better
value for the buck. Witty Innkeepers and beautiful rooms in close
proximity to everything worth anything. What more can you ask for? Thanks
for a terrific visit. p.s. Be sure to ask Randy for his jambalaya recipe!

"Wonderful rooms and even better company. Staying at HH Whitney was like visiting an old friend.
5 Stars!"

Glen and Randy are the (for lack of a better word) the nicest, most
wonderful hosts you could ever imagine!!.. the house and the room were
even more beautiful than the pictures.. we ate at every restaurant randy
recommended and were not dissappointed once!!.. french quarter is about a
$5-$6 cab ride but it's totally worth it for the charm and peacefulness
you get at the house.. major bonus points also for the garden hot tub!!..
glen was very understanding and helpful with my crisis (lost wallet) on
the last day.. thanks!!.. i'd definitely go back to the Whitney House!!..

I have stayed at H.H.Whitney several times and each time has been a
wonderful experience! The hosts go out of their way to ensure you feel at
home and enjoy your time in the wonderful city of New Orleans. They're
very knowledgeable about the city and can recommend places to go, things
to see and the best restaurants in which to dine. The house and decor are
exquisite! I highly recommend you stay in this beautiful home with it's
charming hosts.
